Irate customers and a new Great Dane named Duval

In January I was commissioned by Inc. Magazine to photograph Robin Sauve. I arrived at her rundown office in rural Connecticut and listened to her incredible story.

Last summer the owner of the company she worked for told her that they were going out of business. She decided to take over and change the name. She soon faced a problem: old clients were coming by to collect money the previous company still owed. When she began receiving threats—and irate customers banging on the office door—she and her husband decided to add a new member to the family: a Great Dane named Duval.
